Pilates Sant Gervasi is a Pilates center in Barcelona specialized in the authentic Pilates method. It does not offer generic or group classes, but rather individualized bodywork processes.
For the website Pilates-santgervasi.com, we created a new website project with fresh content adapted to the SEO strategy. Through the keyword audit, we identified that internet users associate Pilates with concepts such as “Pilates for” and specific “conditions” to address their issues through Pilates sessions.

The results of the SEO strategy can be observed in the growth of users in the website statistics, during 2024, with a 44.9% increase in users and a 45.9% increase in new users. However, the increase in users leads to a decrease in session duration, a common consequence when a website experiences significant growth in users.
Of the total website users, the channel that brings the most traffic, accounting for 69.63% of total users, is the organic channel (organic search), which also grew by 21.0% in 2024.
The direct channel increased by 184.3%, due to unfiltered traffic from developers and content editors working on the website.
There is also a notable increase in users from the referral channel, which grew by 276.2%. We recommend reviewing each referral source to identify which website, blog, or directory is generating the most traffic, as many referrals may be spam. The social channel (organic social) is negligible, as the client has no presence on social media.

SEO - Ranking Results:
2023
Google ranking results, based on Google Search Console statistics, show a significant improvement in clicks and impressions. The website improved its performance in the search engine between the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, increasing from 59,200 impressions in 2023 to 181,000 impressions in 2024. The same trend applies to clicks, rising from 641 in 2023 to 1,270 in 2024. The average position in Google results also improved from position 19.1 to 6.9.
Regarding the keywords for which the website ranks, we can see that Local SEO keywords such as “pilates sant gervasi” and “pilates barcelona” are present and generate a high number of clicks.
Additionally, the SEO strategy and content strategy have been successful, generating clicks for keywords such as “curved back”, “lower back pain hip and glute”, or “pilates for Parkinson’s”, among many others.
The website ranks for more than 1,000 keywords thanks to the SEO strategy.
